Jamahl is a Senior Registered Valuer with over 25 years’ experience specialising in commercial, industrial, and development land valuations across Auckland and Waikato. He has worked extensively with private clients, major banks, and local and central government agencies on subdivision, land acquisition, and compensation matters.
Prior to joining Seagars in 2025, Jamahl
was a Director at CBRE Valuation Advisory Services, where he led the successful
integration of TelferYoung into CBRE’s national valuation service offering in
New Zealand, adding over 200 staff. Jamahl's focus at Seagars is providing
valuation advice for development land and residential subdivisions for a
variety of purposes including mortgage lending, acquisition/disposal,
compensation under the Public Works Act and general advisory.
