Brad Featherstone is a Registered Valuer and senior member of the Seagars commercial valuation team, with over a decade of experience in the Auckland property market. He holds ANZIV status and previously served on the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV) committee.  

Brad specialises in commercial valuation, with extensive experience across Auckland’s CBD and fringe markets. His core expertise includes development funding valuations for office and retail investment assets, as well as infill residential developments, including large-scale terrace housing and apartment projects.

He also provides valuation advice across specialised residential investment sectors, including build-to-rent (BTR) complexes, community housing, investment flats, boarding houses and hostels, and leased accommodation assets.
