Brad Featherstone joined Seagars in 2011 after graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property conjoint degree. He became a Registered Valuer in 2014 and is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and Institute of Valuers, serving on both committees.
Brad has been predominantly involved in commercial valuation in the CBD and fringe markets. In particular he has experience in funding valuations of office and retail investment property and residential apartment developments. In recent years Brad has gained considerable experience in boarding house and student accommodation valuations, and the West Auckland retail and office markets.
