Glenn Paul joined Seagars in Auckland in 2006 after graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property. His decision to train as a valuer followed earlier gaining a Bachelor of Science and career with the Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry in Auckland. Glenn was registered as a Valuer in 2009.
Glenn’s role is in commercial and industrial valuations in the Auckland central fringe and suburban markets including Mt Wellington, Onehunga and Penrose, the North Shore as well as the West Auckland market. Glenn has also valued in the childcare and healthcare markets over the past five years.
