Warren Priest

is a graduate of Lincoln College, University of Canterbury, from which he obtained a Bachelor of Agricultural Commerce (Farm Management and Valuation) degree in 1976. He obtained registration as a valuer, with Senior status in 2005.

His work experience includes that as a valuer and field officer for the Lands Department in Auckland over a six year period from 1977, from where he joined the practice of Darroch, Marsh & Co in Pukekohe, followed by Seagar & Partners in 1986.

Warren’s extensive experience includes the valuation of fringe rural properties in southern Auckland, plus residential valuations carried out predominantly in the Howick/Pakuranga and Botany areas of Auckland. He works from the Botany office where he is a Principal.
