Scott Keenan

Scott Keenan specialises in all forms of commercial and industrial valuations including current market value assessments, rental negotiations and insurance valuations.

Scott has worked extensively throughout the Auckland region, currently focusing on the fringe and suburban markets of Auckland.

Scott completed his Bachelor of Property in 1998 and after an initial stint with Quotable Value, Scott has worked with a number of private practices, joining Seagar & Partners in 2004. He was registered as a valuer in 2002 and gained advancement to Associate status of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers as well as becoming a full member of the Property Institute of New Zealand in 2004.

Scott is the former Chairman of the PINZ National Education Committee.
