Ross Clark

Dip Ag I, II, VFM, ANZIV

Ross Clark holds a Diploma in Valuation and Farm Management from Lincoln College from 1967 to 1969.

He was the Gold Medalist for the Diploma in Agriculture in 1968. He is a registered valuer and Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers with extensive experience in land management, development and valuation, including investigatory work and loan recommendations in King Country and Northland. For 12 years he held a senior position with a government agency as an adviser on economic development and in this role, he carried out feasibility studies on a wide range of projects in the Gisborne and Northland regions. He was also seconded to the Native Land Trust Board in Fiji to train staff in all types of valuations and rental assessments.

More recently, Ross had six years as a self employed valuer, contracted to a Northland valuation firm where he managed the commercial and industrial portfolio for market and rental property valuations and arbitrations. Major clients included Whangarei District Council, Northland Regional Council, Northland Port Corporation, Northpower, Northland Dairy Company.

In 1996, Ross commenced work with an Auckland firm and as their Senior Valuer in the Manukau area, specialised in commercial, industrial and residential valuations. In July 2000 he joined Seagar and Partners in a similar role concentrating on South Auckland residential properties.
