Reid Quinlan

is a Principal of Seagar & Partners Auckland office. He graduated from Auckland University in 1992 and has been employed at Seagar & Partners since the start of 1994. His professional qualifications include a Property Administration Degree and a Diploma in Business (Finance) from Auckland University as well as being an Associate Member of the NZ Institute of Valuers and Senior Member of the NZ Property Institute.

Reid Quinlan’s commercial experience has primarily centred around Auckland’s Central Business District and fringe suburbs where he has been active in valuing commercial office and retail properties, both for general consultancy work and finance purposes. Reid has had extensive experience in the preparation of rental valuation reports and Arbitrations on office, retail, and ground rent properties.

Reid contributes a strong technical capability to the firm and constructed the Discounted Cashflow models used by the Company. This technical expertise has led to guest lecturer roles for the Auckland University dealing with leasehold valuations in particular.
