Pamela Smith

Pamela Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland in 2007. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing) from the University of Auckland and an NZIM Advanced Diploma in Management.

She commenced work with Seagar & Partners in January 2007 as a valuer. Her areas of valuation predominantly include smaller industrial properties in South Auckland, as well as commercial retail and office properties. She is currently working towards registration and will shortly serve on the Board of the Auckland Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Pamela is a current committee member of the South Auckland Valuer’s Interest Group.
