Kelly Beckett

Kelly Beckett joined Seagar and Partners in 2004 after graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property degree. Kelly was admitted to the Property Institute of New Zealand as a Full Member in 2006 and was registered as a valuer in May 2007.

Kelly is working in the inner city commercial market with Ian McGowan and is primarily involved in the valuation of CBD and fringe CBD Commercial Property and Residential Apartment Project Valuations.

Kelly is involved with the Property Institute of New Zealand and New Zealand Institute of Valuers Auckland Branches and is the current Secretary of these committees. She was formerly the Deputy Chair and Newsletter Editor/ Web Editor.
