Charlene Smith

Charlene Smith holds a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University from where she graduated in 2000. She gained registration in 2004 and is an Intermediate Member. Her work experience is predominantly residential in Manukau, Papakura and the recently established apartment and townhouse market in Flat Bush. She also specialises in business units in the East Tamaki, Botany, Flat Bush and Pakuranga areas.

Charlene commenced work with Seagar & Partners In January 2001 as a graduate. She served on the Board of the Auckland Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand from 2002 until 2005.
